It is really not sufficient that the surgeon is board certified. Board certification alone does not provide assurance the doctor is an expert in rhinoplasty. Rhinoplasty procedure requires lots of experience. What I recommend is to check if the surgeon has a website since most qualified Rinoplasty Surgeons in Manila have one.
